This is twice in the last four months I’ve received packages I did not order, and had to pay shipping, but had my name and address and even my telephone number on it.

Welcome to the world where FaceBook doesn't check their advertiser's that rip you off. Google also does this. These Chinese companies operate under a lot of different names and websites. Selling anything from shirts to Electric bikes, dirt cheap. They take your credit card money, ship you a scarf, socks, glasses or other crap, then say they delivered the item you ordered. Total Chinese SCAM for American money. One would think that Visa or MasterCard would block this nonsense or refund your money. Or our current administration would step in, But we all know Joe's crime family is in the back pocket of the Chinese Government.
