I ordered a pair of CaneMon shoes from this company many months ago and had to contact them to ask for the shoes. I was told they could not find my order so I emailed a copy of it to them. I finally received a pair of shoes with a return address of "Jane, 3 Lincoln Dr, Fairfield, NJ 07004". The shoes were the wrong size. More emails. I received an idiodic reply from Oliver (Customer Service Team) but it does clearly state "Warm Tips: Please do not return items until we give you the correct address." I have never received this address and on December 26, 2024 received another email from Oliver again telling me not to send the wrong size shoes back until they advise to do so. As of today, January 1, 2025, this still has not happened. So I have a pair of shoes that are too small and am out $65.00. WHAT A SCAM!
