Here's what was on the envelope: Jane.371 Little Falls RD ste Unit 4, Cedar Grove NJ. Looked the address up and found lots of people who were scammed by her. I ordered something for around $20 and it took a month to arrive, no invoice, no way to send back because it arrived so late.
