I ordered incontinence underwear from these folks. I weigh 100 lbs soaking wet. I used their size guide and ordered XL 😳. When I received them, they had sent me 4XL. I managed to find an email address and wrote to them requesting a refund. The the response I received from them was “Don’t worry, our panties run small, we sent you the right size.”
