I saw add on TV for something that would help get your tv channels using it and not needing cable, etc. So we decided to give it a try. It has to be on a window and we don't have a window close enough to use this . Wanted to return it. There is no return information. Is there any need to try to return this order. Looks like he is a scam artist.
