I ordered 3 x ACGENIE AC GENIE" theyare very poor quality and I would like a refund but i am unable to make contact with the company.I ordered the portable air conditioners which I received after Christmas, I tried one (there are three of them) and was very disappointed, terrible quality and they don't do as stated. As I was trying to find out their contact details I checked PayPal as that was how I paid for them and realized there was a $45.49 reoccurring payment coming out which I have since canceled. The payment goes to Turtle Media Group LLC and yet I brought the a/c's from DEPT. Yes I do think I may have been scammed but any information to contact these people would be greatly appreciated.

I ordered two, paid with credit card on 2 Jan 2024. I’ve since had two replies to my query on shipment progress, but now they’ve stop answering! Have not received, but they have my money!!

Yes definitely a scam never received mine tried to contact but nothing it’s theft
I ordered one and did receive it but it does not do what they said. I have emailed for a return address and refund. Not holding my breath for a reply
Looks like I have been scammed too. How do I go about getting a refund as I paid through Paypal too?

I went to Pay Pal resolution centre for part of the products I did not received, and PayPal closed the case in the scammers favour and I still have not received half my order or any refund. The part missing cost me $188! gone thanks to Pay Pal
