I have been trying to get my order from corollose.com since the beginning of January. Their tracking number works on 17track.net but nowhere else. I spent over $100 and even paid for shipping insurance. Still nothing. And now they won't answer me about a refund.

I purchased Luggage from company called Euzea (Noothely) 2004. Building 5 Guangming Gangyuan Taijiang District Fuzhou City. Fujian Province . China.
They sent "ear muffs" instead the luggage ordered.
They admit that it is their mistake.
Now they say the product is sold out and want to... See More deduct the cost of the ear muffs and postage from my refund.
Why should I be penalized to pay for their mistake?
Their website shows that they do have similar luggage in stock at the same price I paid.
Can you help me t get all my money back or have them supply what was ordered.
I would accept a similar product to the one that was ordered.

Same scenario as you but with adrudam.com which offered folding camping chairs and I received ear covers. At the post office they told me that the return address does not exist... I contacted my bank to dispute this transaction... follow 8 to 10 weeks for an answer
