Found an item ( 3 as it turns out) on Vinted, price was too good to be true, bought them and got a Royal Mail delivery label posted almost immediately. The reference number was not listed on the Royal Mail website (for tracking) and didn't change over 48hrs despite being sent (apparently) immediately. No contact with the seller as the account was then blocked and removed from the site. Just waiting for Vinted automated process to kick in for a refund. Happened twice now- very suspicious. Reporting both listings/transactions to Vinted.
