I paid $37.99 February 17th 2023 for an ice maker from the company apresunday Ltd. After I received the tracking Info and the item was delivered to the wrong address I contacted support through email. They assured me another unit was on the way. They never provided tracking info and I have been emailing them back asking for a refund. They said new item has shipped so a refund isn't possible. I NEVER received the item. They asked me to wait patiently for new tracking information. That was a month ago! I never got tracking information, the item or a refund.
