Scam Package from TEVIN JAMES, 8955 Duarte Road, San Gabriel, CA, USA

Early February I reacted to an add by Macy's (yep, they used the very familiar, exact logo) & ordered some super cheap clothes made from cotton & linen. After the checkout, realizing my parcel will come from China, I still was not suspicious & started waiting patiently.
I could track the package (see screenshot). A myriad of stops, until the package arrived in Los Angeles...& took it seems forever to clear customs.
Today March 28 2023 I received a tiny package, I at first thought were the urine dipsticks from China (the irony, I know 🙄) I did order from Amazon. I expected a larger, much larger size from Macy's aka molilunevis@bjyxpro.com that the tracker indicated had arrived on March 27th 2023 & was left in front of the mailboxes...😳
This is NOT what can be done in this neighbourhood, this building....THAT package will clearly "disappear"!!!
That tiny package w/ TEVIN JAMES in CA as a sender were no urine dipsticks but some silvery metal/alloy ring, some type of costume jewelry (?)...
Yep, it took me a while to connect the dots...I never would've have ordered this if my life depended on it...I know, I DID NOT! & Who is/was this TEVIN JAMES, 8955 Duarte Rd. in San Gabriel, CA 981775 ??? I tried checking the Macy's store connected to this email: molilunevis@bjyxpro.com...store is closed!!! Of course...yep, as if dealing w/ my first kidney stones, the "murder" of my precious service dog due to negligence in December & malpractice wasn't sufficient, this senior on disability due to myriads of rare autoimmune conditions is not sure, if she'll survive the next pain flare caused by stress
