I ordered 5 items of clothing and 1 pair of sandals on FB site JCP which showed pictures of JCPennys on their page. I order these items March 3, 2023 from an add on Facebook. A couple of weeks ago I rec'd a small mailer with an adjustable ring that looks like it came from a bubble gum machine. That was a month later. It came from a Jane from Jamaica ,NY. How are we supposed to get our money back? Such a scam. I was charged for them. Towards the beginning of April, I received a package I opened it and there was a small green box with a GRA Moissanite Ring Brochure with the box. The box had an adjustable fake Diamond ring in it ,it is fake I had it looked at by a jeweler. Looks like a ring you get out of a bubble gum machine. I have sent them multiple request to either send me what I ordered or send me my money back. I have been going back and forth on emails with them. I did not order this fake toy ring. They told me they will not refund my money until I send this genuine diamond ring (HA!)back to them and pay the postage. They also want a copy of the ring. I know they are scamming me and they can send me a pre postage envelope and I will gladly send it back. Now receiving no response from them. I am very upset and discouraged.
