Received USPS First Class Pkg from Carrie Bonkiewicz, 2864 Parsons Blvd, Queens, NY 11357. No paperwork, packing slip, or receipt. In envelope is a square of very stiff tan fabric that looks similar to needlepoint fabric. Nothing ordered that was marked to be shipped from New York and nothing on order that I have not received.
