I ordered pet fencing for camping. I paid 59.99 and an exchange fee since it was coming from another country. I tracked my package to Montgomery, AL where it stayed for days. I sent an email to customer service, or thought it was. I was told it could take up to 20 days for delivery. In the meantime I received a pair of sunglasses from the same company. I emailed numerous times and continued to get the same vague response and telling me I needed to track my package and call my local post office. I did call the post office and the clerk was very apologetic but told me that the sunglasses I received was probably my fence since it did have to same tracking number given to me with my order. | Symptoms: Other
