I orderd two "Dooney and Burke" purses on line from an ad on FaceBook with authentic QVC employees appearing to be selling the purses at well below value of original DB merchandise. I was stupid to think that I could get something for nothing! I received the purses and they are very poor knock-offs. Does QVC know they are being used as part of the scam? HOW DO I RETURN THESE TWO PURSES??? J.P.
