Ordered items from JCP USA&CA they told me my order shipped from 789tracking**** obviously not in the US and told me it was delivered. That it was sent to my p o box. How there was no UPS or FedEx tracking number which it would have been handed off to. Since it is in the US. They told me they needed $15. To cancel an order that was never received. They said it shows it was delivered.

i also order two blouses, shorts shoes gave me a tracting no said deliver fedx have not got nothing except they took my money on my ststement said despitrendressmall . that sorry
