Multiple shipments arrived over time from Monica, 20 Willow St., Normal, IL 61761 needing $6.30 postage as USPS mail carrier stated the label was printed but no postage paid. They have a USPS label printer but no paid agreement with usps . Hence the customer gets an unwelcome surprise in order to get the item they already paid for. How is this allowed to continue if it’s basically theft? I know im not the only one it happens to and it’s getting OLD! The last 3 items were bought and paid from Walmart!!
