I received a cheap snowman key ring which I did not order. There was no company name on the package, but I searched for the address online. Based on other consumers’ reports I have read, I suspect this is a scam. I looked at my emails and matched the tracking number to an item I never received from 365 Outlet. I have already disputed this charge with my credit card company and have received a credit. I am including photos which show the tracking info from 365 Outlet, as well as the package with matching tracking info that I received. Clearly the package I received was too small to contain the item I ordered.

I ordered that same item from 365 outlet and also reported to my credit card company and got a full refund. A small plastic key ring arrived today. I will check the tracking too. Never again do I order from an ad on Facebook. Lesson learned!
