I received a package in the mail, it was a silk scarf. I did not order this, but what I did order from Vivereana was2 potting boxes at 19.98 each and funny thing when I checked my tracking order for this order it says it was delivered the same time and day I received this ugly scarf.The address on the package that came to me tracks it to you as an online seller, so I don't know where my potting boxes are but I would like them to be delivered to me. Is this some kind of scam??
I don't think I have. I would appreciate you doing that for me. I'm so disappointed, I have ordered from Shein and Temu, never have had a problem. Do you know how I can get what I actually orderd or my money back?
