I ordered some clothes from RH acuast.com but I have received two packages with a ring in both with the name GRA MOISSANITE is this a scam do I need to let my bank know
I ordered some clothes for me and a friend on this site RH acuast.com but have not received any only two orders that arrived today with a ring in each from GRA moissanite Di I need to get in touch with my bank as the money has been took out for the clothes ordered

I had a similar experience. Emailed the seller and had some ridiculous suggestions such as pay to post it back to China and they would reimburse me on receipt. I refused all of these and reported it to HSBC. Within days the bank had reimbursed me. Don't take any of their monesense! Good luck

Clothes ordered on 29th march. I've not received the goods. I have had several emails asking me to subscribe to Express deliveries with my information. Stated that a delivery had been attempted. Not received, not dates etc. Flagged up as a scam. I'm going to ask my bank to reclaim the money.

My mail man knocked yesterday and said he had a pkg addressed to me with a fake postage label and told me I would need to pay the postage which was 6.15 for it or refuse it.
