I was advised to email the company first. I then contacted my bank abd they have refunded me. Good luck

I had a similar experience. Emailed the seller and had some ridiculous suggestions such as pay to post it back to China and they would reimburse me on receipt. I refused all of these and reported it to HSBC. Within days the bank had reimbursed me. Don't take any of their monesense! Good luck
