Mondressy failed to send a prepaid return label after I reported the defects that came with their dress. It is misleading and deceptive when you advertise a dress that look and says one thing but when it arrives, it’s totally different. I would not purchase from mondressy anymore.
I purchased a dress for my special occasion. I paid 109. 00 for the dress . The dress took over two weeks to arrive. The dress was not delivered to my apt address as requested. DHL drop the package in a public lobby was caused the package to be lost/ stol
