It is a scam. I never got my order, and they assure me it was delivered by the local post office. The local post office has never heard of the tracking number.
This is what I got-
“We are sorry that this happened, after confirming with the courier, we can confirm that your order has been successfully delivered. If you still can't find your package, your package is most likely lost. We are very sorry about that. We are willing to arrange a 60% refund for you as compensation.
The address to which we ship your order is based on the address in your payment information. If your order cannot be delivered to you, it may be because the address in your payment information is different from your physical address, or the address you entered is not detailed enough.
Or you can go to the mailbox at your door to see if your package is there? Or ask your neighbors if they saw your package?
If the above reasons are excluded, it is very likely that the package has been stolen. We are very sorry about that.
The logistics consulting website I sent to you is a world-renowned website. You can see from the logistics information provided on this website that your order has been successfully delivered. Now your package is lost, you have to claim, but we can't claim to the courier for the package that has been signed for.
We are currently only able to provide you with a partial refund, however this was not our responsibility and we have suffered significant losses as a result.
