Bought a health bracelet which has come damaged,contacted Martins has and was asked for proof of delivery, sent photo of label and of damaged item,reply its not clear enough and wrong label.no other papers with package,read reviews and now realise this is a scam

I recieved a text to say I’ll be recieving a parcel, I didn’t order from them, I don’t know how on earth they got my address,
I searched and searched for there credentials, thank you for advising these lot are a scam
