I ordered a gasket for my Micro Matic Pressure Cooker, size 26mm. what i received was a 29.5 mm gasket. I have a a response from Amazon who forwared corospondance fron "seller" sanure stated he sent me exactly what was listed for sale. Not true, what i ordered is not what was shipped. Mr sanure refused to do anything other to offer a $1.00 refund and I keep the worthless gasket. How rediculous!!!It all available to you from Amazon, as the seller you can contact Amazon and request all the conversation records. If you are unable or un willing to do that. let me know and I will copy them and "snail mail" them to you. On another note I have read the dozens of customer complaints about your customer service. That is horable and inexcuseable. You are a terrible merchant (seller) I look forward to your response
