I received two rings from this company that I did not order. However, I ordered some clothing that I never received off of the Facebook app. So I am assuming this was a scam. Is there anything I can do to recoup my money?

my step daughters mother ordered her and my step daughter chairs, mom got EARMUFFS and my step daughter got and UGLY scarf
I made an order for clothes through a running out of stock announcement on Google and as a reward I received the most expensive ring ever, considering that it is a costume. This deserves a complaint to the competent authorities. I would like to know how I recover my money since I didn't order any rings and how do I return the item.
