I ordered an above ground pool from Aerithon. Was supposed to be processing and shipped from China. I paid $68.65 for it. I was given an order number along with a tracking number and told to track through 17Track and I did that. It showed my package tracking all the way through China, then to the United States, through Customs and USPS processing centers in California and then Texas all the way to my local mail processing center and local post office shows delivered. The package that was delivered to me contained a small reusable shopping bag that rolls up in a plastic case, worth maybe $2.00 if that. I am having it investigated through USPS and may possibly get my money back due to package being insured for $100.00, if I'm lucky. Beware of ordering anything from overseas. The company has an overseas customer service number that no one answers, they are not responding to my email and there are Chinese characters that are in the email address for customer support that when I tried to copy the email address it copied everything except those characters. And translate we works for everything except those. The first 2 or 3 times I emailed them regarding my order they responded but since package supposed to have been in the United States Customs processing they have failed to respond to me.
