I'm calling to report that I ordered a nativity set from this company. I have reported it as a fraud and I want my money back. It is a joke. It came. It's so small. It's a joke. It supposed to be for year outside yard. You wouldn't be able to see it from the front door. It's a joke. It's very cheap. Material parts are missing. The box was only like 2 inches thick and all falling apart. I'm telling you it's just a gill. My friends are all laughing, they just can't believe that the people would sell something like that. Anyway, If you could help me get my refund or something I tried calling them forever. Tried email, I tried everything, I could get a decent. Respond to find the right number or anything ah, for weeks after I ordered it before I finally got it. And then it came right before Christmas and it was supposed to be outside all the winter period. It's a joke, it's just, it's a said they are crooks. They need to be stopped goodbye.

response from service @risktic. com the first time when I emailed them a day after the package was said to have been delivered and I was instructed to wait 48 hours. I waited then sent another email (the only source of communication) to the same address but this time no response. I sent another email asking for a complete refund, the prior email I only requested the dresses. The response from this email was a different address support @lixvb. com and asked if they could refund 50%. This is a complete scam. Don’t buy from them. It’s been 30 day and still no dresses.

Your "information" is all over the internet. All one has to do is drop a pin on google maps, get an address and look it up on any number of the millions of address lookup sites. I just dropped a pin on a cute house in Ellsworth Winsconsin. Maybe I"ll send them something.
