I ordered clothing and never received it. I opened a case with USPS, who never found it, and contacted Cizo Customer Service. They were to resend the order with a signature required and, again, I never received it. I have requested a refund.
However, when I try to go to their website now, I get an error message saying "SORRY, THE SHOP YOU ARE LOOKING IS CLOSED RIGHT NOW, PLEASE TRY AGAIN LATER."

Same happened to me. I contacted them the very next day and they told me it was too late for a refund as the order was sent out. Never received them beautiful clothes so out the money. Yesterday I received this pitiful ring yesterday. 😡
