I am reporting… I recently ordered a beach chair through QVC outlet. I received a horse scarf from Matthew Witson 4811 Eastern Ave Los Angeles, CA 90040

I ordered T-shirt and shorts 2 piece set. Instead of getting what I ordered I got the horse scarf. when I contacted the company, their reply was what I ordered was sold out. If I wanted a refund I would need to send the scarf back. They said that to avoid all the paperwork hassle for the return give the scarf to a friend or keep.
