RH*fingal.shop (popped up as Nordstrom Company. On Dec. 31, 2022 I ordered items totaling $43.02 - I was underr the impression I was ordering from Nordstrom's Hot Sale where all items were $4.99 - I charged the order to my Capitol One card, I have not received any items but my card was charged. Is there a way to get in touch with this so called company and is this really a shoot-off of Nordstroms? I will notify my card company but I doubt there is anything they can do.

Same thing happen to me. Made one order $ 48.17 then a charge of $43.03 showed up. I only made the $48.17. They are not answering emails and doing nothing.

Same for me! Items were to be shipped 48 hours after receiving payment. More than a month later, NOTHING! I tried sending a message to their internet website to find out whee my items were but the website could not be found. I advised the fraud department (my credit card holder), filed a dispute and was advised by my credit crd company that the charges would be reversed and the company would be investigated. I will not, EVER, again buy clothing items or anything else online no matter how good the prices are. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me!

Same thing happened to be they represented themselves. Nordstroms never received my orr but they took the money
I ordered on 12/29/22 realizing that the offer seemed to good to be true. Decided to give it a chance but knew I may be out about $25.00. No sign of my order on 2/24/23 however I have emailed the company and get a response to each email. I am told to be patient that the company had so many orders it is difficult to fill them in a timely way. I will be really really surprised to get my order ever.
