Someone sent me a package 's one from Jerry (001)- Charles Smith Ave. Rancho Cucamonga CA 91730, @ the other one is from BVL Adaptive Health 2440 S 3600W West Valley City,UT 34119, I don't know if I remember ordering eney thing from them!Well, I got a fraud alert from my bank that blocked my card, that was really embarrassing I was at Walmart had to leave everything there and run home and it took a while to get in touch with them they told me that some body tried to change me something like 400. and some thing and then they tried to change me $1. Something, and that's why they said they blocked it because it looked suspicious!
