Never heard more ridiculous excuses . Kept telling me to check the post office that the shipping company took it there . It was not . Never would give me contact info to contact the shipping co. When I shouldn't have even had to do that myself if they would have given , me the info . They tried to say the couldn't resubmit the order or even contact the shipping service themselves. And that they couldn't refund all my money cause they paid money for advertising shipping and fees since they sent my purchase Lol stupid run around crap for 3 weeks I disputed the change after they said 60 % was their highest refund lol I'm not paying money for nothing it's called shopping where you pay and get something you wanted to buy . Not want something pay for it and get dumb st**** customer service and nothing !
