I've also received 2 pairs of socks that I didn't order with the return address as : Online Seller, 746 S glasgow ave , Inglewood Ca ,90301 ... we have had a charge to account stopped by our back last week for more than the charge from an outlet on Facebook. I ordered from the play pro/ witches craft in February. The day after it should of been delivered there was a charge to my bank account that the bank stopped and flagged as fruad. Then today I received 2 pairs of socks labeled sport. Without contacting the bank my online report doesn't have anything about the fruad charge

I'm in Oklahoma

response from service @risktic. com the first time when I emailed them a day after the package was said to have been delivered and I was instructed to wait 48 hours. I waited then sent another email (the only source of communication) to the same address but this time no response. I sent another email asking for a complete refund, the prior email I only requested the dresses. The response from this email was a different address support @lixvb. com and asked if they could refund 50%. This is a complete scam. Don’t buy from them. It’s been 30 day and still no dresses.

immediately call your credit card and do a chargeback. They are playing a waiting game and will send you the wrong thing like a pack of toothbrushes or a scarf. You won't be able to chargeback after 30 days so do it NOW.
