I just received a white metal ring with large clear stone and adjustable band like cheap jewelry. Same paperwork as a previous complaint. Except theres no pricetag on this. I would never order this. Not my style, not even close to my size. Now what??? Any suggestions anyone? As of today 3/26/23 I have had several emails from this business. 1st one was offering me to keep the ring and a 20% refund. The note tonight was offering the ring and 40% refund. Let's see what comes next04/08 update: Several days ago I found an email address connected with my order. This person Lauren is responding. I've requested a full refund and a free shipping return envelope. So far she's offered me to keep the ring, and partial reimbursement. It has gone from 20, 40, and as last 60% reimbursement. Told this person that nothing less than 100% reimbursement would be acceptable. I'm only out $20 but it's damned annoying.

Same exact thing here. Our world is upside down. What a mess this country and this world we live in is. Sad
