I received a fake ring from a website that I placed an orders and instead of sending me the items ordered, they send me a fake ring. They have given me a fake tracking number and once I contacted their customer service they stated that “after they contacted the logistic company, because they had too many packages, my order and another customer’s order got the wrong address and the product I purchased was sent to the wrong customer”. I stated that I do not want the ring and therefore requested a refund. Waiting feedback from them. I have placed orders with two different vendors, Shipping Center 226 Nolan Road, Broussard, LA USA. I received an email giving me the offer to keep the ring and refund me for the first order 80% and the 2nd order is 39% which I did not accept. I requested a full refund for items I did not receive. Waiting to hear back.
