I received a ring that I did not order from Paulette Douglas 14772 Bellflower Blvd. Bellflower, CA 90708. I surmise that I ordered something else but got this moissanite ring instead. The outside package is a light gray plastic mailer with the address label attached USPS-First Class. Inside of that package is a brown box that contains a yellow envelope with GRA Moissanite Global Gemological Research Academy on the front and a Welcome message on the back that states a Certificate of Authenticity. A red velvet ring box is included with a ring inside. Inside the yellow envelope is a 3-fold report and a plastic card relating to the authenticity of the ring. However, there is no address nor telephone number. I do not choose to continue receiving products from this seller but don't know how to contact them other than use the address on the package which I plan to do.
