Received a ring I DID NOT order from Tevin James in California. I do not want to be charged for this. Believe this is a SCAM. Need to know what to do.I'm in Arkansas

If you made an order on FB some of these scam companies will not send you the order but a fake ring, sunglasses ect. From a diff ent name with tracking number. Then when you don’t receive the actual item you ordered they clamp the ring is of grater value and you must send it back to get a full refund. This is a through Facebook or via email. If you’re buying anything on Facebook, make sure it says sponsored advertiser at the top or just sponsored. Always make sure there is a number to call for customer service.

Not TEMU. My friends and I have gotten three orders each and they were above my expectations. They even refunded all of my last order apologizing for running out of stock and then also gave me a $5 credit on my next order.
I have ordered from Temu and recieved what I ordered , good quality and with no problem.

i order from temu all the time. no issues here. don't buy the lint roller though. it's junk
