Contact your bank to let them know that you never received the item and they won't get back to you. Then cancel that credit card and look for fraudulent charges. Same thing happened to me but with a different vendor. A month after I canceled the credit card they were trying to do 800 and some dollar charges in another country for tools. My bank blocked those.

Have you ordered anything from fb or google ads but didn't receive item? Plenty of scams that you pay for something else but never get. They say you got it because they sent you that ring. Watch your credit card statements.
