I ordered what was advertised as Clarkes shoes at a huge discount on FB They did not arrive after 3 weeks. I raised a Visa dispute through my bank (Nationwide) and the bank have made a provisional refund pending their enquiries. I should have checked before ordering but was fooled by authentic look of the advert
