I received 2 packages from the address above. They are two horse scarves. They took 61 dollars from one package and 34 from the other, the Suzhichou design package. I don't even know that brand. How do I get my money back?

I received the exact same scarf but i cant find out if i was charged for it. I cant even find the company that sent it. Has anyone found out any details? Also how much did it cost?
