Recieved 3 small squares of cardboard in the mail, 915 Roadway Ave, Louisville, KY 40208, USA

I just recieved a white plastic bag in the mail with a label that read: USPS First Class PKG. It was sent from "Shipper Center" 915 Roadway Ave. Louisville KY 40208.itIt was addressed to my first and last name and had a tracking number. The tracking info revealed that the label was created March 6th in Brooklyn NY, it was then picked up by Shipping Partner "Ding Hong", sent to Louisville, KY, Phillipsburg, NJ, white plains, NY, Mt. Vernon, NY, White Plains again, and then to my home.
It contained 3 haphazard square cutouts of cardboard from an Amazon box, nothing else. I did not recently order anything and was not expecting a package.
