Have you ordered anything lately that you did not get but it said it was delivered? I had ordered an item from a website (that I thought was legit), I never got the item and it said it was delivered. Well today I realized I had a small envelope that I hadn't opened from the same address you wrote above. I noticed it had the China tracking # on it as well. It is a big SCAM. They take your money instantly and send you some piece of shit item. Thankfully they have an old credit card.
I just received the same thing from the same person. WTF??
