Package containing a scarf I did not order. This is the second one I’ve received. I do not know sender nor do I know how he received my address.

You probably ordered something else from a suspicious website (you also didn’t get what you ordered) and they used it to send you the same scarf that I received (other sites charge around $750 and this scarf was billed to me as $3980). My advice is to cancel your credit card and get a new one. Also, since you didn’t order the scarf, keep it as the law allows you to. If the scammers lose enough scarves, maybe they’ll quit scamming people. Report the site that you originally bought something.
