Received a small piece of cardboard in the mail address to my correct name., 1218 Schiller Ave, Louisville, KY 40204, USA

I received a small USPS first class mail envelope with my name and address on the front. The return address is in Kentucky. Upon opening the envelope the only thing inside is a small piece of cardboard.I'm in Ohio

I received one as well
I just received a small package with no sender’s name on it from that address. The package had 3 small pieces of cardboard in it and that’s it.
Has anyone gotten any info about what this is?
