I received a phone charging cable from a Family Medical LLC Bayside, NY 11360. I did not order this and currently do not see that I paid for this cable. Is this a scam? Will my debit card be charged will I be made to pay for this cable somehow?

My son just received same thing .he is a child and we are trying to figure out why it was send
I will cut them in have and discard that, you never know
I got one also and not sure why
