I just received the same package. Little piece of cardboard with my name and address but nothing? Anyone figure it out?

Have you gotten any information about what is going on? I received the same package today from the exact same address. I live in Colorado.
I got the same package from the same address with 2 pieces of cardboard. I live in California
I got the same envelope, but it contained the backing from some UPS labels. I looked up the tracking info from USPS and it originated in NY, not KY.
