My priority parcel, which I needed by today, has not moved from this facility since 9/8, according to USPS tracking. There's no phone number where you can speak to a human to find out what the issue is. The USPS website considers first class and priority mail late after 5 days. Priority costs significantly more, however. I don't think they should use the word "priority" if it has the same considered "late time" as cheaper shipping options. This is not an isolated incident. Unbelievable.
