There were reports of a power outage in the Valley. According to the FirstEnergy outage map, there were about 1,400 outages in Trumbull County and more than 800 in Mahoning County, after a circuit breaker tripped, cutting electricity at around 10:30 a.m. Power is expected to be completely restored before noon.
