Thousands of AEP customers across Virginia were affected by power outages Friday morning, April 12th, after the state was battered by severe weather Thursday night. According to the Appalachian Power outage map, the areas with most customers affected are:Wythe County: 2,731
Bedford County: 298
Botetourt County: 121
Franklin County: 142
Patrick County: 487
Pulaski County: 458
Roanoke County: 798.
