According to OPPD, a circuit lockout started around 11:00 a.m. on August 27 and left more than 1,600 customers without power in midtown Omaha. The outage was between Harney and Wright streets from 29th to 40th streets, according to OPPD. Power was restored to everyone in the area around noon.
